Position: Trainee / Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter
Key Roles:
Social Networking websites, Head hunting etc. client requirements. Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates and follow up till the date of joining. Manage client and candidate co-ordination and Maintain database. Maintain recruitment database MIS and reports for hiring Handling and Internal Recruiters
Vendor management for all recruitment activities
Training Activities co-ordination: Responsible for co-ordinating and facilitation of training activities for employees internal & external. Maintaining Training database and MIS
Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components of hiring.
Coordination with Team Heads and understanding their requirements, defining job positions
Qualification : B.Sc. M.Sc, B.Pharma, BE & MBA / MSW
Experience : 0 Months to 3 Years
Designation : Talent Acquisition
