Roles and Responsibilities
To comply on all HR processes and activities in the Site, in compliance with the MNC organisation's values and in accordance with the Country norms, with a specialization in at least one of the HR responsibility areas as determined from time to time
- Establish rapport, interact regularly with employees to provide them a medium to share their concerns in order to develop a positive work environment
- To initiate, support & lead the annual appraisal cycle. To train and cover all Management population on Tools.
- To extend support to HR Operation in terms of checking compliances from contractor’s end and local laws.
-Implement internal communication processes and tools, in order to sustain flow of information at all levels.
- To collaborate with Reward Solution Team for APA Cycle and Job Evaluation to be done time to time and training for employees on job codes .
-Looking for female candidates with experience in plant HRBP functions and who is conversant in English, Hindi and Telegu languages.
