We are looking for a Sr Manager or DGM - Environment Heath Safety for a reputed MNC Organisation based on Hyderabad.

EHS Job Description


-EHS leadership for the site by supporting plant head to drive the EHS KPI to steer to a world class EHS culture
-Make survey of the regulation evolution, evaluate the compliance of the site and propose related action plans.
-Process the local legal requirements (deliverables external to the site for local authorities) regarding Safety and Environment.
-Carrying out Incident Investigation for accidents and evaluate the effectiveness of the action taken or proposed to be taken to prevent personal injuries.
-Carrying out the Occupational Risk Assessment and Diagnoses along with CFT.
-Carrying out the site Aspect and Impact Assessment along with CFT.
-Ensuring the implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.
-Carrying out MOC for all modifications and new installations.
-Support the deployment of S&E methodologies, best practices etc..
-Improve S&E skills of employees and could take in charge trainings activities, communication campaigns, team work
-Conducting Fire safety audits (Fire pumps, Fire hydrant, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke / Heat detectors, Manual Call points)
-Checking work permits, LOTO implementation and Emergency Preparedness.
-Ensure waste traceability, reduction plan and ensuring circular economy.
-Follow up and support to regulatory audit and qualification trainings in S & E.
