Roles and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

2+ Years of experience
Manage the content team working on various courses to ensure that high-quality content is created with in timelines and budget
Conduct project planning and budgeting
Build and implement processes to drive efficiencies and reduce costs
Facilitating the daily stand up and helping the team reach a consensus on each of the three questions.
Helping the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
Identify and on board Freelance SMEs through multiple channels,and engage them in content creation /teaching activities and maintain relationships with them.
Collaborate with SME, video production teams,Content Publishing teams,etc.
Manage and own post-publishing activities like content feedback analysis,learning analytics,students-performance analysis inteststo measure students learning and content efficacy
Develop a vision and curriculum for new programs-by conducting in-depth SME ( Subject Matter Experts) interviews and research of the primary and secondary TG (Target Group).
Develop basic level of subject matter expertise in the programs you are working on, in order to
effectively lead the team of content strategists and work with subject matter experts
