We are looking for Service Workshop Manager (Commercial Vehicle) for a Singapore based Automotive Industry based at Chennai & Nagpur.

Job Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Managing COCO as a profit centre

2. Managing customer relationship

3. Ensure workshop productivity

4. Managing aftermarket business

5. Coordinate with OEMs

6. Decision making on repairs undertaken under warranty/AMC

7. Interact with local authorities for running of workshop

8. Managing team at workshop as well as that WOW (Workshop On Wheels)

9. Comply to audits internal & external

10. Parts and lube inventory management and upkeep

11. Manage account receivables

12. Coordinate with headquarters and provide timely updates

13. Provide regular reports, customer feedbacks etc., to headquarters

14. Open to travel to other locations as per business needs
