We are looking for Sales Manager - Measurement & Analytics Products for a reputed MNC company based at Faridabad.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for leading, developing and coaching the Sales organization proactively to exceed the sales targets through high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop sustainable business model to meet and exceed Sales Targets for the cluster. Annual sales budgeting and planning. Achieve sales volumes and product mix targets ensuring price and margins.
- Reporting and forecasting, Implementation of Sales Processes and Tools.
- Key Account Management. Strong relationships building with key customers /decision makers.
- Identification of opportunities with existing and potential new customers within defined geo-graphical area and determines plans for acquisition
- Build local sales strategies, business development plans and alignment with global strategy.
- Team building and motivation to deliver high performance.

Required :

- Experience of leading a significant Sales & Service teams.

- Experience of independently handling Cluster sales, territories and delivering sales growth and profitability.

- Experience in Channel Network Management & channel development.

- Strong knowledge of selling of Instrumentation & Analytical products/Systems.

- Experience of selling Gas analyzers, Gas Chromatographs, Analyzer systems and other analytical products is preferred.

- Instrumentation products market resource only.
- Handling a regional sales, service sales – customers are Factories, OEM's
- Prior experience as People leader, Team Management, Understanding of Analyzer product range, Able to drive business and motivate team. Cluster sales management, P&L management
- Mandatory - Entire product range knowledge of M&A and other analytical products

- 60% travel
