We are Hiring for A Leading Pharma Company API for Process Safety EHS for the Position of Manager level @ Malanpur Location.

Qualification: B. Tech- Chemical Engineering

Designation: Manager

Reporting to: Site Safety head.

Experience: 10 - 14 years of experience with 60% process safety knowledge and 40% general safety knowledge.

Main Responsibilities

2. Conduct process hazard analysis and conduct HazOp and risk assessment for the processes and activities at site.

3. Ensure safe transfer of new products and processes at various stages like project, Scale up and before taking new any batch.

4. Evaluate process calculations like vent sizing, Utility load, Heat balance, Gas evolution, Line sizing etc.

5. Carry out material and energy balance

6. Conduct dispersion modelling.

7. Assessment of basis of Safety and evaluate EHS by design checklist .

8. Expertise on conducting analysis on RC1, DSC, TSU, ARSST and interpretation of results and suggest actions.

9. Evaluate change controls at site and give recommendations. Conduct PSSR.

10. Should lead chemical risk management program at site with safe introduction of new chemicals at site.

11. Conduct Job Safety Analysis, Safety Audits and Surveys in various plants areas.

12. Evaluate powder safety data and suggest actions for safe handling of powders.

13. Analyze process safety related accidents & near miss to find the root cause, suggest remedial measures.

14. Prepare procedures / SOPs for the implementation of the Safety Management System at site.

15. Formulate Procedures/ Guidelines /Work instructions for the safely handling Hazardous Chemicals / materials, their storages and safe disposal.

19. Ensure compliance with legal obligations and remain updated with the new regulatory requirements.
