Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Well ahead quality planning of subjects at various centers of our institute by following existing processes.

  • Coordination with center managers in ensuring classes are delivered as per planned schedule.

  • Coordinating with faculties related to classes, travel (to and fro), stay.

  • Guiding faculty to reach centers and deliver quality lectures.

  • Responsible for planning faculties with excellent feedback.

  • Closely monitor faculty class related feedback. Incase of any feedback issues or complaints, faculty should be counselled and guided such that issues get resolved.

  • Ensure faculties are delivering structured content with high quality.

  • Coordination with agents in getting travel tickets and hotels booked.

  • Coordination with faculties related to class planning and travel.

  • Coordinating with faculties related to student doubt solving and other content related works if any.

  • Ensure faculty payments are happening on time without any errors or mistakes by following the process.

  • Responsible for improving the quality of faculties by planning demo sessions.

  • Working on improving and increasing the faculty pool by looking for faculty leads by exploring various sources.

  • Maintaining documentation of works done with existing streamlined trackers & on planner.

  • Ensure travel tickets/hotels are booked by agents keeping basic hygiene and comfort in mind so that faculties can deliver their best in classes.

  • Ensure special safety of female faculties when they are travelling for classes.

  • Responsible for doing any task which RM feels the employee is capable of doing.
