Day-to-day phone and email supporting with all aspects related to the e-Learning
Following standard processes in resolving the issues and addressing customers’ requests
Follow-up and scheduled callbacks to the customers if required.
Coordinate with the production team and across different teams for the closure of production-related issues.
Identify and resolve issues independently to the extent possible, only escalating issues as appropriate.
