Roles and Responsibilities
JobSummary:
ResponsibleforAutomationandInstrumentataionProjectsdesigning,planningandexecutionof
Manufacturing, Packing , Warehouse, UtilityandMicrobiologyequipment’s.
StrongUnderstaingofBMS,EMS,andotherSCADAsystem
Handsonofprojectmanagementprocessincluding projectinitiatiation,Planning,Execution,monitoringand
closure.
BsicsknowdlegeIT/ISrequirememtsrelatedtoengineeringprojects.(Likeslectionofserver,database)
Instrumentationandautomationrelatedtruobleshootingofpharmaequipments
KnowdelgeofPLC(Micrlogix/AllenBrdaely/Siemens),VFD&HMIs
Job Responsibilities:
1.EnsureadherencetoprocedurevspracticesandGooddocumentationpractices.
2.Co-ordinationwithuserdepartmentforautomation,controlupgradationprojects&ensuringthe
completionwithincommittedtimelines.
3.Communicatewithvendorsrelatedtomaterialdispatchandprojectdocumentation.
4.Co-ordinatewithvendorsfortheexecutionofVendorAudit,ER&ESAssessment.
5.Co-ordinatewithcrossfunctionalteamsforallengineeringprojectdocumentapprovals&ensurethe
projectcompletionwithinthestipulatedtimelines.
6.Ensureadisciplinedworkenvironment&qualitycultureforcGMPcompliance.
7.PreparationandreviewofprojectdocumentsfromUserRequirementSpecifications,ChangeControl,
RiskAssessment,FunctionalDesignSpecifications,FunctionalRequirementSpecifications,Installation
Qualification,OperationalQualification,SOP&PerformanceQualification(asapplicable).
8.Co-ordinatewithIS/IT,CSVCTeamsforthepreparationofValidationPlan,ISIQ&CSVCOQ.
9.Maintainandupdateprojecttrackersondailybasis
10.EnsureandmaintainsafeworkplaceatARPLalltimeincoordinationwithEHSPersonnel.
11.Utilizeopen,honest,twowaycommunicationtobuildtrust-basedrelationshipswithemployees,business
partnersanddirectleaderwhilecontinuouslyimprovingleadershipcapabilitiesbypersonallyseeking
feedbackanddevelopment.
12.Manageandprovideleadershipforengineeringstaffandcontractemployeesandtoensureforallthe
equipment’sonlinedocumentationismaintainedalltime.
13.CommunicationwiththeQADepartmenttoco-ordinateforthepreparation,developmentand
implementationofSOPs,qualificationsandstafftrainingprograms.
14.ResponsibleforInstrumentationandautomationrelatedworksofengineering.
15.Planningandco-ordinationforexecutionofup-comingprojects/facilitychangesinlinewithcGMP&user
requirement.
16.PlanningofDepartmentActivities/AnnualBudget/Managingworkforce.
17.EnsuringwiththeEngineeringPersonnelforcalibrationofinstruments/equipment’s/Qualificationand
Re-ValidationofEquipment’stobeperformedasperSchedule.
18.EnsuretraininghasbeenimpartedasperscheduleandreviewofTrainingdatamaster
documents/Sessions.
19.ImplementationofSOPs/EquipmentQualification/EngineeringPersonnelTrainingPrograms.
20.Scheduling/participationintrainingsessionsrelatedtocGMP,Regulatory,latestTechnical&Industrial
developmentsrelatedtoEngineering.
21.ReviewofSOPs,CAPAs,ChangeControlsandinvestigations.
22.Utilizeopen,honest,twowaycommunicationtobuildtrust-basedrelationshipswithemployees,business
partnersanddirectleaderwhilecontinuouslyimprovingleadershipcapabilitiesbypersonallyseeking
feedbackanddevelopment.
23.CreateaculturewhichvaluestrustandprovidestheopportunityforEmployeedevelopmentandgrowth
inpursuitofourpurposeanddemonstratingourcoreValues–Collaboration,Courage,Perseverance
andPassion.
24.Ensureadherenceofteammembers(directreports)withallcomplianceprogramsandcompanypolicies
