- Relationship building and networking within the construction industry and with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers and construction / interior – related retail businesses in the Kolkata region
- Identification of business opportunities in institutions like schools , government offices , clubs , hotels , residence ..etc
- Overall management of dealer
- Arranging trade exhibitions , meetings , applicators meet etc .
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints .
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media..
- Creating reports for analysis of sales performance .
