Reporting to : Sr. Manager - Procurement

Salary Range : Rs. 5-8.5 lacs per annum CTC

Location : Visakhapatnam (Ramky Pharma City SEZ)

Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline, Preferably M.B.A., Diploma in Materials Management is an additional advantage.

Experience: 6-9 years from Pharma Industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with suppliers by raising enquiries, collecting quotations,
  • Initial Negotiation with Vendors and Consultants for purchase of materials / services.
  • Prepare Techno – Commercial Comparison for finalization by sanction authorities.
  • Timely Preparation of Work contracts and purchase orders. Receive supplier confirmations, and retain records as per established guidelines.
  • Follow up on all orders placed and Responsible for timely delivery of the material.
  • Analyzing the purchase requirements.
  • Sourcing of new suppliers and new service providers for cost saving.
  • Coordinate to organize delivery of material to the required for projects.
  • Follow all established systems & provide the information for Purchase.
  • Comply with all accounting practices, audit procedures and purchasing policies
  • Responsible in Gathering & sorting related documents like Purchase Bills, Pos, and GR etc.

  • Skill Requirement

    Academic Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline, Preferably M.B.A., .Diploma in Materials Management is an additional advantage.

    Experience: 6-9 years from Pharma Industry

  • Good negotiating skills to assist in securing the best deals for the organization
  • High on initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact with cross functional departments.
  • Planning & delivery skills – good prioritizing skills.
  • Candidate should have exposure to USFDA and other regulatory agencies.
  • Candidate should be an Enthusiastic and Energetic Person
