Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises including furniture and fixtures.
  • Plan and make necessary arrangements during official meetings, client visits and audits.
  • Prepare shift schedule for the security services, lab boys and housekeeping ladies.
  • Responsible for canteen and transportation services.
  • Make travel, VISA, food and accommodation arrangements.
  • Assign job responsibilities and monitor their work using daily check lists.
  • Ensure all the office repair works – electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, lab maintenance etc are addressed and completed on time.
  • Handle the petty cash and submit the bills to Finance for clearance.
  • Coordinate with SCM for all admin related POs like lockers, storage boxes and other office stationery.
  • Responsible for arranging ID cards, shoes, visiting cards, aprons, goggles to the employees.
  • Track attendance and leaves of the employees.
  • Prepare the pay sheets for vendors and coordinate to process the salaries.
  • Take care of liasioning activities by coordinating with PF office, ESI, PCB, JETL and others.
  • Plan and manage the monthly supplies like groceries, stationery and other office supplies.
  • Make arrangement for any office events and festivals.
  • Manage internal (including Plant and Corporate Office) and external couriers.
  • Coordinate with HR for activities like – leave data, LOP data, new joiner formalities.
  • Maintenance of the First Aid kit, fire extinguishers.
